Spring is by far my favourite season of them all
Everything starts to wake up, new leaves are forming & life is happening all over again!
Early spring I get my repotting finished off with most of my deciduous trees last on the list. I feed my trees heavy with a yates dynamic lifter, as well as a pure nitrogen mix on a few of my pines.
Nows the time for cuttings and propagation on anything you might be pruning off. Maple cuttings, Elms, all kinds! Start them now and whilst you focus on other jobs and by autumn, you'll have more trees to play with.
